The Board of Directors and Management for Chapel Cove HOA 

is conducting a poll of residents regarding fencing located on your property. We are hoping to establish a working relationship 

with a fence contractor to provide a group rate for the replacement of your current fencing. Since this fencing is located on your private property the cost will be your responsibility as the owner along with the contract being between the fencing contractor and you as the owner. The HOA is simply making the introduction between you as the owner and contractor.
