Chesapeake Community Management provides honest and upfront property management services for a wide range of community associations. Our team understands our moral and fiduciary responsibility to each and every homeowner. As a member of our CCM family you are assigned a caring and professional community manager, whose job is advising and guiding the Board of Directors to ensure your Association is always at its best.
Key functions performed by our management teams include:
- Open communication with board members and homeowners
- Immediate response to emergency calls 24 hours a day
- Liaison with attorney
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Attending regular board meetings, annual meetings and supplementary meetings
- Developing requests for proposals for contracted services
- Coordinating bids, negotiating contracts and supervising work performance
- Implementing a comprehensive routine and preventative maintenance program
- Coordinating proper insurance coverage and reviewing all claims
- Hiring, training and supervision of on-site staff
- Budget planning, implementation and control
- Oversight of new construction
- Oversight of renovation projects
- Event planning and logistics.

Wanting to make a change to the exterior of your home? All exterior changes that you make to your home must be approved prior to starting your project by your association's board of directors.
